Cath recently spent an interesting couple of days in Rotterdam on a study trip looking at how the city (80% of which is below sea level) deals with its stormwater run-off. Given that Rotterdam is also home to some seriously quirky architecture as well as using its port areas really well it was a great trip. Read WatEf’s report here.
