SWIG Water Awards
SWIG is the Sustainable Water Industry Group, whose vision is to see water being used sustainably in all buildings and spaces, using an interdisciplinary approach that ensures the ongoing development of best practice, whilst also influencing policy around water. ech2o are one of the founder members of SWIG.
The SWIG Water Awards are launched this year and are designed to award contributions to sustainable water use across six different categories. The categories are: residential building - retrofit and new build, non residential building - retrofit and new build, behaviour change, water companies, open spaces and agriculture and products.
The awards are easy to enter as just one A4 page about the project is required, and all shortlisted entries are listed on the SWIG site.
Deadline for entries 30th September 2011. Awards to be announced 2nd November 2011 at a breakfast event at City Hall, London
