Workshops for Schools

ech2o work with school pupils from ages five to eighteen to inform them about environmental issues and inspire them to change their behaviour. Pupils are more and more aware that the problems of climate change will impact significantly on their lives, and most of them want to know the best ways to reduce their own carbon footprint. We use fun and innovative workshops, coupled with a no blame approach and the provision of hard facts that allows pupils to identify which CO2 reduction solutions will have the most impact on reducing their carbon footprint. All pupils are encouraged to own the behavioural changes they will make to lessen their impact on the environment.

"Thank you again for your most informative talk and workshop to the Y8 assembly and my Y8 Design and Technology class. This has greatly helped our push at Grey Court School for students to have a deeper understanding of sustainability issues and be pro-active themselves." Andy Seaton. Head of Design & Technology and ICT
